Glad to see someone else has the balls to post what's going on with FUN.

Glad to see someone else has the balls to post what's going on with FUN. I posted on Nina's post. Here's what a group of members are currently wanting to do;

Send a letter to Luanne with the following text:

Luanne,

With respect to Jerry's Fund, the ten to one opportunity, I think that Richard owes all of us who sent funds to help an explanation as to what ever happened to the $55M that was to be released upon payment of the $300K recertification fees. This program was presented to us all as an opportunity to 1) help Jerry obtain release of monies owed and 2) earn a ten to one return on our investment within 3-4 weeks. The $300K recertification fee was paid a couple of weeks ago, and now it seems that the $55M has disappeared into thin air.

Richard has made vague references to fraud and greed, but where did the money go??? This has been the pattern over the last four years. Money will be released as soon as ..... whatever......next Mon/Tues.......... for four years. We listen to hours of phone calls every week hoping for good news, and every time it seems that release is just around the corner, another greedy banker/broker/trader or whomever has stolen the funds (or someone is hospitalized or dealing with a family emergency). Then that becomes the focus, as if we all forget that there was supposed to have been a payout! BAIT AND SWITCH??? We aren't all that stupid!

There are those of us who are original capitalization contributors, who have since purchased Founder's Shares, Golden Shares, 10:1 opportunities; the list goes on and on. We keep sending money to "help get the FUN programs started" every time Richard issues a plea. We have never seen one red cent in return, and then we have to listen to Richard tell us that we are selfish one-time investors looking for a quick one-time reward. NOT SO!!! I for one am chomping at the bit to find a program that I can share with countless others to HELP them. But, like so many others, I have been burned too many times in other programs to invite anyone else in until I see some $$ to prove its validity. When that happens, believe me , I will be spreading the word far and wide! Had I invited folks to join me in FUN four years ago, I would be embarrassed once again. When I see payouts, then I will share it!

In the meantime, please urge Richard to share the whole truth with those who KEEP going out on a limb to help FUN. Right now, that means TELL US WHERE THE $55 MILLION IS !!! For those who sent bank wires as was the preferred method, go ahead and let the data merger/payment processor have that info and send our checks! We sent money ASAP to help, the fees were paid, and now we are being put off once again. Don't let those who sent checks stall the process for those who jumped in immediately to help! Take the time necessary to iron out the problems inherent in faxed/mailed checks after you pay those who spent extra money to wire funds!

Ron, thank you if you are able to help us all glean some information at this time.

From a FUN Founder with a SINCERE DESIRE to HELP OTHERS,
Valerie Dickens

I told them a letter like this was a waste of time since most logical thinking people who has been dealing with Richard / FUN knows all they would get is the runaround and some more lies about what is going on.

I also pointed out to them that as long as they continue to feed this program Richard will continue to take money and hurt more and more people.

I myself have lost long time friends and my once excellent credit rating due to Richard's scams and "Helping thy Neighbor" routine, which I fell right into when I signed as a co-signer for a vehicle. After Richard stopped making payments my credit was the one which was destroyed not Richard's and not FUN's. I should have listened to what the Bible said about co-signing on a loan. Which in short says your a fool if you do!! Lesson learned!

I invested about $50K in the very beginning with this guy and have never see a dime of that money. Good luck trying to get even a small portion of that returned, that's even if you have funeral expenses you have to pay for a family member (Mom). Only to be told once they have first money they'd be able to help, that was over two years ago. Luckily, I have other investments which have made up for what was lost with this organization and actually will make more then what Richard will pay out if he pays out. That's if he doesn't change the pay out schedule again which is not what any of my original documents say. But then again we have to remember who we are talking about here. Richard the Arrogant who knows everything and everyone else is wrong. What a huge ego!

Remember that gold mine and diamond mine deal last year? Do you want to know what really happened? Of course, Richard said it wasn't his fault it never is! The pay out would have been enough to take care of the Capitalization Group but the pay out to Richard wasn't enough so due to Richard's greed the deal fell through and those contracts went to someone else.

Richard talks about the greed of the banks and unscrupulous traders etc, etc but I have come to the conclusion whenever Richard starts talking about this he's really talking about himself.

The current scam of the 10:1 what a way to get everyone to jump... $55M to be released we just need another $300K to get that money, this already had a rotten smell to it. But as by the letter above there are still people who will give Richard money and drag people like Nina in for the ride. And here's the real kicker... Richard still has not closed the 10:1 or the Golden Shares you can still get in... go figure even I know that once a trade closes that's it you have to wait for the next one to get on board yet Richard continues to tell everyone, "Will have to close this next Tuesday." Well that's been going on with the 10:1 for the past 3 weeks now. And no one in the office can tell you honestly if this extra money is going into trade???

Oh, lets not forget it's a fantastic way to get people to pay their membership fees or get them up to date. Lets do some numbers: there is approximately about 4000 Capitalization members. Lets say that everyone is only a year behind that's $36 multiplied by 4000 that's $144K.

It's good to see there are finally others who are speaking up and posting on the web about Richard and FUN.

POI,

Ron
